Ingredients

  • 3 cup black beans
  • 1 cup sausage
  • 1 piece onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 cup cooked rice

Instructions

    Fry garlic, onion and smoked sausage.

    Add black beans and a bay leaf with stock.

    Simmer 25 minutes until thick.

    Serve with rice and orange slices.
