Ingredients

  • bread
  • tomato
  • cucumber
  • red onion
  • basil
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Tear bread and toast until dry.

    Toss tomatoes with salt and let juices release.

    Combine bread, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and basil.

    Dress with olive oil and vinegar; rest 10 minutes.
