Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 1 cup sliced leftover pork or chicken
  • pickled carrots and daikon
  • cucumber slices
  • fresh cilantro
  • jalapeño slices
  • mayonnaise
  • soy sauce

Instructions

    Split and toast the baguette.

    Spread mayonnaise on both sides.

    Layer meat, pickles, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeño.
