Ingredients

  • 2 cup sweet potato noodles
  • 1 cup cooked beef
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 piece carrot
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

    Boil sweet potato noodles and rinse.

    Stir-fry vegetables and leftover beef separately.

    Toss everything with soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.

    Serve warm or at room temperature.
