Korean Japchae
Glassy sweet potato noodles tossed with vegetables and beef.

Ingredients
- 2 cup sweet potato noodles
- 1 cup cooked beef
- 2 cup spinach
- 1 piece carrot
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions

Boil sweet potato noodles and rinse.

Stir-fry vegetables and leftover beef separately.

Toss everything with soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
