Ingredients

  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 1 piece onion
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 piece lemon

Instructions

    Cook red lentils until soft, then stir in fine bulgur and cover.

    Fry onion with tomato and pepper paste and mix in.

    Add parsley, spring onion and lemon, then knead.

    Shape into small logs and serve in lettuce leaves.
