Belgian Waffle Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 stale waffles or 4 cups bread cubes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • butter for greasing

Instructions

    Tear waffles into pieces and place in greased baking dish.

    Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.

    Pour over waffles and let sit 15 minutes.

    Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
