Ingredients

  • 1 piece baguette
  • 3 piece egg
  • 0.5 cup ground beef
  • 1 piece onion

Instructions

    Beat eggs with minced meat, onion and curry powder.

    Pour onto a hot griddle and press bread face-down into it.

    Flip and cook until the egg is set.

    Slice and drizzle with chilli sauce.
