Ingredients

  • 4 slice stale bread
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 0.5 tsp cardamom

Instructions

    Fry cubed bread in ghee until golden.

    Make a light sugar syrup with cardamom.

  3. 3

    Add bread and stir until it drinks the syrup.

    Top with nuts and serve warm.
