Ingredients

  • 12 piece dumplings
  • 3 piece tomatoes
  • 4 cup stock
  • 1 tbsp ginger

Instructions

    Blend roasted tomatoes with garlic, ginger and chilli.

    Simmer with stock for 15 minutes.

    Add dumplings and cook until they float.

    Finish with coriander and a spoon of chilli oil.
