Czech Bread Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 6 slices stale bread
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • salt
  • baking powder

Instructions

    Soak bread in warm milk until soft.

    Mix in eggs, flour, salt, and baking powder.

    Form into logs and boil 20 minutes.

    Slice and serve alongside stew.
