Ingredients

  • 2 cup rice
  • 3 piece tomatoes
  • 2 cup cooked chicken
  • 1 piece onion
  • 3 cup stock

Instructions

    Blend tomatoes, pepper and onion into a sauce.

    Fry the sauce with thyme and curry powder until thick.

    Stir in rice and stock, cover and steam 20 minutes.

    Fold through cooked chicken and rest.
