Ingredients

  • 2 cup split peas
  • 1 cup sausage
  • 2 piece carrot
  • 1 piece leek
  • 6 cup stock

Instructions

    Simmer split peas with stock until collapsing.

    Add celeriac, carrot and leek.

    Drop in sliced smoked sausage.

    Cook until spoon-standingly thick.
