Ingredients

  • 2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cup stock
  • 1.5 cup mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 piece lime

Instructions

    Simmer stock with lemongrass, ginger and lime leaves.

    Add coconut milk and mushrooms.

    Stir in leftover vegetables or chicken.

    Season with lime juice and chilli.
