Ingredients

  • potato
  • cheddar cheese
  • bacon
  • sour cream
  • chives

Instructions

    Halve potatoes and scoop out most of the flesh.

    Brush skins with oil and bake until crisp.

    Fill with cheese and bacon; melt under the broiler.

    Top with sour cream and chives.
