Russian Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced leftover beef
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • egg noodles or rice

Instructions

    Sauté mushrooms and onion until browned.

    Add garlic and beef, cook 2 minutes.

    Stir in broth and mustard, simmer 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

    Serve over noodles or rice.
